The individual registered account created by a User on the Nusa211 Platform, through which deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted.
The total funds held in a Player Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified.

Nusa211 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawal of funds from a Player Account is not permitted until KYC verification has been successfully completed. The following documents are typically required:
KYC reviews are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent KYC documents will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond the Operator's control (including third-party system failures or regulatory interventions) may result in temporary service interruptions. The Operator shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
The Operator endeavours to ensure that all odds, game rules, and promotional information displayed on the Platform are accurate at the time of publication. In the event of a manifest error — including clearly eroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error — the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's account.

Nusa211 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. The Platform implements transaction monitoring procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Where suspicious activity is identified, the Operator is obligated to report the matter to relevant authorities and may freeze the associated Player Account pending investigation.
Nusa211 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of conflict, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

Nusa211 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to the Player via the verified withdrawal method on file. Where a breach has occurred, any balance may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion, subject to applicable law.
Nusa211 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
